Your insurance information will need verification prior to your appointment so to check in advance for yourself you can contact them on the number located on the back of your insurance card to find out about mental health coverage. Questions to ask include:

-Do I have mental health insurance benefits?

-What is my deductible and has it been met?

-How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?

-Do I need either a referral or prior authorization from my physician?

**There is a cancellation and no-show policy for services, which is not payable by health insurance (if this charge is allowable by the health insurance policy). If you fail to show up for your appointment without a courtesy phone call then a fee of $25.00 will be added to your next session. All other occurrences will incur the full session charge. If you need to cancel your appointment please provide a 12 hour notice of cancellation to avoid paying a fee of $25.00. Late cancellation due to emergency, illness, or inclement weather will generally not result in any missed session charges, but this is determined on a case-by-case basis.
